Don't dare have a complaint against someone. Then the supervisor tells you that you have to schedule all of your appointments when that person is not working. Only they don't have schedules 3 months in advance. If you call near your appointment then it's illegal for them to tell you employees schedules. Appointment canceled PERMANENTLY!

I’ve been a patient at this primary care office for a while, and I’ve always liked my doctor and the staff I’ve encountered. But I specifically need to shout out Onita who has been working on my referrals. She truly went above and beyond. From the beginning, she communicated thoroughly and stayed on top of my referral, making sure I kept her updated and that nothing fell through the cracks. When I wasn’t getting a call back from the cardiology office, I reached out to Onita again and she immediately jumped into action. She even asked, “May I overstep?” and I’m so glad she did because she personally called another cardiology office and got me an appointment scheduled within 10 minutes for 1/26/26. I had just been told elsewhere it would be April or May before I can be seen. What meant the most is that Onita was genuinely concerned. She asked if I was currently in pain and reminded me that chest concerns shouldn’t be taken lightly. That level of urgency, professionalism, and compassion is rare. Onita is a lifesaver and this office is lucky to have her. Thank you again, Onita!

Tried this place because daughter needed a refill for birth control, NEVER again. Not only did my daughter tell her multiple times the prescription she was on, she told her several times it was the same meds. Come to find out after Calling walmart pharmacy, it isn’t the same. Never going again!!
